How long does it take for the work to be complete?

For most projects, work takes between 2-3 business days.  However, for more complicated work the time frame can be longer.  We can answer any questions you have about the time line and give you a better estimate once we know what type of work you need completed.  We also offer expedited and same day services if needed.  We will call you as soon as work is complete and ready for pick up, or we can make arrangements to mail package to you.

Why do I need to order a map and ownership list?

Most cities, (and other agencies) require applicants to notify owners (and sometimes occupants) of properties in a certain radius around their property when they file certain applications – such as a conditional use permit, alcohol license, or other public notice.  Different municipalities have different requirements depending on the project and their own standards.  After working in this industry for over 40 years, we are uniquely skilled in guiding our clients through this sometimes confusing process.  For our customers who are more seasoned, we offer a convenient and professional service that allows you focus on other more pressing aspects of your project.

Where are you located?

We are located centrally, in El Monte, California, near the 10 and 605 freeways.  Our address is 12106 Lambert Ave., El Monte, CA 91732.

What are your hours?

We are typically in the office from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Although arrangements can be made to meet outside of normal business hours if needed.

How much does a map package cost?

Since different cities have different requirements, there are different prices depending on what type of work needs to be completed.  Typically, a very simple 100’ radius map package would cost $150.
